Mr Vishal Gupta is our Director and Founder. Vishal has decades of finance, credit, risk, and mortgage advisory experience. The experience is backed up with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with major in Finance, a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Accounting, as well as a Diploma in Mortgage Broking & Finance. Vishal’s career spans over 20 years in finance and banking in Australia, in particular mortgages, credit assessment, risk management, business banking, mortgage securitisation, and business advisory, commercial and development funding, and highly specialised in franchise, medical and agro funding. Awarded by the industry throughout the years for excellence and as an elite professional, regarded as an industry leader and elite business operator, as featured frequently in the industry reporting media like the Mortgage Professional Australia (MPA), The Adviser, The Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) etc.
Ms Tien Gupta is our Business Operations Lead for all business operations, compliance, human resources & talent engagement, contract management, marketing and advertising, relationship management. Tien’s career and background for over a decade within supply chain operations, has been invaluable to our team, as the transferrable skillset is unique to our team on how to efficiently manage the operations of our organisation. The value Tien adds to ensuring the team and the business is running effectively and streamlined is crucial with continuous business process improvement in mind. The experience is backed up with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Bachelor’s degree in Business.
Ms Hetal Patel is a mortgage broker and the Team leader of our mortgage broker support team. Hetal’s outstanding customer service skills set her apart from the usual service delivery in the industry, and she brings with her crucial knowledge on the end-to-end mortgage application process of residential home and investments, land and construction, refinance and loan re-structures, non-conforming lending, Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) and commercial lending. Hetal’s career has seen her in the mortgage broking industry and accounting industry for a combined 20 years both here in Australia and overseas. She is an exceptionally good listener with attention to detail, which makes her an invaluable part of the team servicing our clients. Hetal will always go the extra mile for her clients to achieve the desired outcome and in the best interest of our clients. The experience is backed up with a Diploma in Mortgage Broking & Finance, a Master’s Degree in Accounting, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
Mr Farazdak Nasrulla is our Digital Marketing Specialist, a high impact internet marketer with over 14 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing. Farazdak is a specialist in Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and is the powerhouse of our digital engagement with our valuable clients.
